We will provide a full refund including delivery charges if:

Refund Process:
- All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refunds are initiated within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time
Expired or Changed Payment Cards:

Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a free replacement for:

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant (size, flavor, or type):

- The original product must be unopened and unused with seals intact
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost
- We will ship the exchanged item once we receive the original product
- Additional shipping charges may apply for the new item

Order Cancellation Policy
Within 12 Hours of Order Placement:
- You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it

- Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
After 12 Hours (Order Not Yet Dispatched):
- Cancellation may be possible if the order hasn't been dispatched

After Order Dispatch:
- Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive the item
- Delivery charges will not be refunded in this case
