Shipping policy
At Vitanutrion, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We understand that you don't want to wait days for your order to arrive. That's why we send all our orders with TCS Pakistan. You can be sure that we try our utmost to have your orders delivered to you as soon as possible.
How will my parcel be sent?
All our orders are packed and shipped with TCS Pakistan within 2-3 days of order being placed on our website. Orders are sent Cash on Delivery (COD) for our customers' convenience - completely FREE with no COD charges.
Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Other Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
An email will be sent to you within 2-3 days of dispatch with your tracking number. You can track your order on the TCS website or contact us for updates.
Help! I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
Please contact us within 30 days after placing your order – we will do anything we can to help.
If an item sent by TCS has not been received, it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection. If not, TCS has a specific procedure that we can follow in the event of a missing parcel.
